Richard Silberg
Flowering Bushes on 4th St.
Being a stone city guy
But their color so blazed in my brain
but searching as thirst
to write them
Seething?
beaten me to the underworld
as a kid with my Pop in Times Square
wall-sized Lucky Strikes ad
of smoke
Do they vixen?
a shaggy dog
The Answer
We write at it
like a riddle
How can it be
The other day
at sunset
Magnificat
Standing there in planet turn
