City Lights Books celebrates the publication of Get the Money!: Collected Prose (1961-1983), by Ted Berrigan (1934-1983), a significant poet in the second-generation New York School, with an online launch party and reading; this collection draws on his numerous essays, reviews, introductions, and other writings he produced for hire as he supported his own work as a poet; also reading are Edmund Berrigan, More Gone, Anselm Berrigan, Come In Alone, Alice Notley, Grave of Light: New and Selected Poems 1970-2005, all poets and family of Ted Berrigan, as well as poet Nick Sturm, online via Zoom, free, 6:00 pm PDT (Register to attend: citylights.com/events)
