The Litquake annual festival presents Speaking Axolotl: The San Pancho Edition, a poetry reading featuring four talented poets, Anthony Cody, Borderland Apocrypha, winner of the 2018 Omnidawn Open Book Contest, José Olivarez, whose debut book of poetry, Citizen Illegal, won the 2018 Chicago Review of Books Poetry Prize, Raquel Salas Rivera, poet, translator, and editor, author of while they sleep (under the bed is another country, and Tatiana Luboviski-Acosta, artist and poet whose La Movida is forthcoming from Nightboat Books in 2022, hosted by Josiah Luis Alderete, poet and founding member of The Molotov Mouths spoken word troupe, free, online, 5:00-6:15 pm PDT (Register to attend: litquake2020festival.sched.com/event/djDF/speaking-axoloti-the-san-pancho-edition)
