Favorite Poem Reading Pop Up Museum sponsored by the Santa Cruz Museum of Art and History and Poetry Santa Cruz, following guidelines from former U.S. Poet Laureate Robert Pinsky, each reader will have five minutes to read a favorite poem by someone else and to talk about its significance for them, readers will bring a copy of the poem for display and are encouraged to make the copy into a broadside by selecting the paper, font and layout, and decorative elements, Bookshop Santa Cruz, 1520 Pacific Avenue, Santa Cruz, $3, 7:30 (poetrysantacruz.org)
