Eleventh annual Berkeley Poetry Festival presents their seventh Lifetime Achievement Award to Alameda Poet Laureate and teacher Mary Rudge, with readings by John Oliver Simon, Judy Juanita, Milani Pelley, John Rowe, Sayre Quevedo, Juanita Martin, Paul Corman Roberts, Yuko Leong, Jim Barnard, Carla Kandinsky, Mary Dacorro, Patricia France, Barbara Campbell, Odelia Galvan Rodriguez, Owen Hill, Cyrus Armajani, giovanni singleton, Terry Taplin, Oscar Bermeo, Kimberly Satterfield, Adelle and Jack Foley, this year's festival is coordinated by Sharon Coleman and Mk Chavez, Poetry Flash associate editor Richard Silberg emcees the day, Berkeley City College, 2050 Center Street, Berkeley, free, 1:00-4:30
